Explanation of terms used this document:
"Clients" and "Members"
"Clients" are any individual or business who uses the MultiQuote Request Form as a means to
contact MultiQuote members.
"Members" are any individual or business providing information through the MultiQuote.co.nz
service.
"Personal Contact Information"
"Personal Contact Information" means any information that may be used to identify an
individual or business, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a business name,
phone number, physical address and an email address or other contact information, whether at
work or at home.
"Quote requests and replies"
"Quote requests and replies" refer to any information transferred between Clients and
Members made directly through the MultiQuote.co.nz service. It does not refer to any
communications that take place after the Client has knowingly made direct contact
with a Member.
"MultiQuote.co.nz"
"MultiQuote.co.nz" and 'MultiQuote' refer to Multiquote Ltd trading as MultiQuote.co.nz.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Information Distribution
No information submitted to MultiQuote.co.nz will ever be sold, rented or redistributed.
Personal Contact Information is never released to third parties of any kind without Client consent. Your Personal Contact Information will only be released to the 5 companies who are selected to personally respond to you with information about your project.
Affiliated Companies
This policy does not apply to the practices of members or any
companies or links affiliated with MultiQuote.co.nz. Please consult the Privacy Policies
of the other companies for their guidelines.
Future Contact
MultiQuote will occasionally send emails to Clients offering third parties' products/services that
we feel may be beneficial. Information from the quote requests may be used to ensure the offers
are suitably targeted. You can unsubscribe from receiving these offers
and any further contact from MultiQuote.co.nz and affiliates at any time using a link within
the sent emails.
MultiQuote.co.nz is not responsible, and can not control future
correspondence from members or affiliates once they have your contact details.
(MultiQuote.co.nz will not give them your contact details without your consent.)
Service Reviews
MultiQuote.co.nz staff may occasionally review the quote requests and replies made through
this website in order to understand and enhance the service we provide. MultiQuote.co.nz
will never redistribute or republish any information within the quote requests and replies.
Unidentifiable Information
MultiQuote.co.nz collects aggregate information from quote requests and replies in order to
create reports for distribution at the discretion of MultiQuote.co.nz. These reports are
created with the sole intention of monitoring general usage figures and will never include
any content from within the quote requests and replies.
Missuse of Information
MultiQuote.co.nz can not be held in any way liable for any missuse of information supplied to
members of MultiQuote.co.nz.
Member Misconduct
MultiQuote.co.nz does not accept any responsibility and can not be held in any way liable for any misconduct from Members who have been chosen by the Client to do work for them. This includes Members that have been recommended by MultiQuote.co.nz as being "best suited' for the required work.
